By using qtyla you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

qtyla shortens URLs, serves the resulting pages, and counts the clicks. The free tier covers up to 5 active links. PRO raises that limit.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for the security of your account and owner token.
• Anyone holding your owner token controls the links created with it. Keep it private.
• Sign-in requires an email address you actually control.

3. Acceptable use

You may shorten any link that is lawful and that you have the right to share.

4. Prohibited use

• Spam, phishing, malware, or fraud of any kind.
• Content that is illegal, abusive, or incites violence or hatred.
• Using the service to attack others, or to disguise the origin of an attack.
• Links that infringe someone else's intellectual property.

Links that break these rules may be removed and the account suspended without notice.

5. Ownership

You keep ownership of whatever you shorten. qtyla claims no rights over your links, titles, descriptions, or destinations.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime or perfectly accurate statistics, and we are not liable for losses arising from use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. You may stop using the service and delete your links at any time.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Changes take effect when published on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
