qtyla respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it.

1. What we collect

• Account data — the email address you use to sign in with a magic link.
• Link data — the destination URL, title, description and short code you create.
• Click data — timestamp, referrer, user agent and IP address. The IP is truncated before it is stored, so it identifies a network, not a person.
• Cookies and local storage — an owner token that identifies your browser, and a session cookie once you sign in.

2. How we use it

• To run the link shortener and produce click statistics.
• To show clicks, traffic sources, devices and networks to the owner of a link.
• To send magic links so you can sign in without a password.
• To prevent abuse and keep the service available.

3. What the destination never learns

A qty.la link does not pass a referrer to the destination. The site you land on cannot see which short link sent you, and it cannot see the statistics page. Statistics belong to the person who created the link.

4. Google AdSense and third parties

qtyla uses Google AdSense to display ads. Google and its advertising partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites.

Google uses the DART cookie to serve ads on qtyla. You can opt out by visiting the Google Ads privacy policy.

As required by AdSense, every page on qtyla links to this policy.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only where it is necessary to process a payment, to comply with a legal obligation, or to protect the service against abuse.

6. Retention

Link and click data are kept while the link exists. Account data is kept while your account exists. Deleting a link deletes its click history.

7. Your rights

• See the click data for links you own.
• Delete any link you created, at any time.
• Request deletion of your account and its data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Any change is published on this page with a new date at the top.
